'No headaches'  'No back pain'  'No pressure, strain, or tension'

"I feel light, loose and free!" " I'm walking differently!"

" Oh..that's good!"

It's been bringing relief to thousands for a hundred years.

If you're thinking "why haven't I heard of it before",

well lots of people have, so all I can say is

go for it, it's the greatest - Alexander Technique, Yeah!

Alexander was born in 1869 in Tasmania. By 1904 he had

developed his 'work' and moved to UK where he remained.

Alexander's work continues to develop around the basics which he pioneered.

It is now possible to move from the 'copper wire' practice of his work,

to the 'optic fibre' potential of that  body - mind  interface.

To do that, Robert Macleod has developed  Akudu - the 'one touch' experience .

The Akudu dimension gives  Alexander's work a freshness

that makes it more accessible to 'you', the pupil.

Akudu enhances and extends the ability of the teacher

to deliver the work in fewer sessions.

For the pupil it's faster, clearer and gives the ability to work easily

with the Alexander Technique for your self.
