When Moving Hurts
it's the very thought of YOU

It isn't natural and it can be helped.


Did anyone ever tell you that you could think your way
out of physical trouble?
You can! But it's a different kind of thinking.
It's thinking without thinking, thinking through your body.

It is experiencing the stirring of your emotions.
It is feeling your attention moving you.
It is surfing the wave of inner energy.
This kind of thought is how you get hold of life
and make it YOURS

This is not thinking in words.
It is rising out of the very thought of YOU.
Out of the you that you believe YOU are.

That very thought of YOU is the most POWERFUL
thing that you have got going for yourself!
When you alter the very thought of you then
your life and everything around you alters too.
Everything changes to fit the very thought of YOU.


Moving hurts only when you have been holding yourself.
When inner motion is being resisted.
When you have fallen off the wave!
At some point you will have made a switch
in the very thought of you.


You will have developed a tense idea of YOU.
You’ll be controlling your self.
Pressure and intensity build up in your actions.
Your body hurts when you are doing this.
You are losing the basics of how to be alive!

But there is a way of using your attention that brings it all back,
that makes moving effortless,that makes you feel light and free.

It is what we call ‘getting an edge’. IT IS AKUDU.
