What can it do for
you?
well...if you knew that there was
a little movement that you could
make with your attention
that changed how you were feeling in seconds,
then I'm sure you wouldn't put up with feeling bad
or unhappy or
confused. You'd just make that movement!
If you got it
right then you'd swear that you had
some kind of magic Harry Potter
wand inside your head.
Point your attention and zoosh...you feel
better.
Too good to be true? That's what we thought
but
we've been using it for years
and it hasn't let us down yet!
If you had a head ache, a back ache, soreness,
or stiffness,that is,
if you were hurting physically,
then you would find that it had begun to
change for the better.
I still get a little 'wow' when I feel my
own aches
and pains just melting away in a minute or two.
But that is how easily I can use the 'edge'
anytime I've gotten out of kilter.
Of course
if you have been 'nailing your self up' for years.
If you've been
putting pressure on your self as a way of life.
If you don't even
notice that you're 'on your own back'
then you will have a little bit
of work to do
and a little practice, but only a little...
